I was inspired to design this planter by the magnificent geodes found in nature.  I threw this pot on the wheel and indented the surface to create the geode slice effect. I then and hand painted it with undulating lines in varying shades of purple, fired it in the kiln and accented it in 22k gold. 5.5" wide x 3" high, with a 1" Drainage hole at the bottom. One of a kind.
